SUBMISSIONS

at all guts no glory, we’re interested in what’s dear to you. we want your bedroom poetry, your theoretical alt-pop musings, your manifestos and your dreams. unorthodox formatting and freaky hybridizations make us sing. we offer a $5 honorarium for accepted writing and art. our submissions are closed as of 2022. we publish all accepted work digitally, and a smaller selection goes into our quarterlies, plus an array of exclusive content. if you aren't familiar with us, please reach out!

we accept the following types of work:

• poetry (max. 5 pieces)

• essays/opinion pieces/creative nonfiction (~500 words)

• art! (max. 5 pieces)

• horoscopes

• playlists

• reviews

• any mix of the above. wow us!

we love stylized work, and poetry/art hybrids, but we ask that you take into consideration the existing style of the magazine. all art should be legible in black and white, as we can’t always afford to print color. in terms of no-no’s, anything bigoted will put you straight onto our shitlist - we have a zero-tolerance policy. please avoid graphic triggering content unless you have discussed it with our editors prior. simultaneous submissions are fine, we simply ask that you withdraw at your earliest convenience in the same email thread as your submission.

 we aim to respond within a month, and ask that you wait until a month from your submission date to query again. if accepted, we ask that you wait a season (~2-3 months) to resubmit.
